DZL single barrel horizontal chain grate biomass boiler is composed of arch tube plate and threaded smoke tube, which changes the tube from quasi-steel body to quasi-elastic structure, eliminates the support of tube plate area and reduces the stress.
The smoke pipe in the tube plate is changed from two reentry paths to one reentry path, which solves the problem of tube plate rupture. Because the lower part of the drum is provided with a riser row, the dead water area at the bottom of the drum is eliminated, so that the sludge is not easy to deposit, the high temperature area of the drum can be well cooled, and the bulge of the lower part of the boiler is prevented.
The boiler adopts high efficiency heat transfer thread flue gas pipe, which improves the heat transfer effect, achieves the characteristics of fast temperature rise and fast pressure rise of the boiler, and improves the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
