The QXX low-speed internal circulating fluidized bed hot water boiler adopts the new double-vortex low-speed circulating fluidized bed technology, that is, the water circulation technology of forced circulation plus natural circulation and injection, adopts the horizontal water-cooled separator separation technology, and the boiler is arranged in the horizontal π type of double boiler barrel, with the low-speed circulating fluidized bed combustion technology of upper and lower boiler tubes and convective tube bundle.

The boiler is adjusted through the furnace structure.

With the proper introduction of secondary air, combined with the flue gas secondary circulation introduction device set in the primary air of the boiler and the desulfurization method of adding limestone in the furnace, low pollutant emission technology is achieved, making the overall structure of the boiler compact and simple, high combustion efficiency, safe and simple water circulation and low resistance, high heat transfer efficiency of the boiler, low cost, energy saving and environmental protection.
