SZL type chain grate boiler has high efficiency, strong overload capacity and wide fuel adaptability.
The boiler is mainly composed of upper and lower cylinders, convection tube bundle, water wall tube, down tube and collecting box.
The upper and lower cylinders are arranged longitudinally. The combustion equipment adopts chain grate and is driven by stepless variable speed device. The boiler body is composed of an upper and lower boiler drum and a convection tube bundle.
The water wall is arranged around the combustion chamber, and the front and back arches are made of the water wall as the skeleton casting refractory castable, and the service life of the furnace arch is longer.
The left and right sides of the body are full film water wall structure, the boiler has good sealing, small heat loss, and ensures the safe and efficient operation of the boiler.
Fuel adaptability: can be used for biomass molding particles, rice husks, wood chips, corncob, wood chips and so on
Full combustion, efficient grate: reasonable furnace design, full combustion of fuel, can better eliminate black smoke.
High safety, long-term durability: the water supply is controlled by microcomputer, automatic water intake, and the life of the normal use of the boiler is more than 20 years.
