The structure of horizontal gas water tube boiler is a double drum vertical “d” type arrangement, which is a fast installed water tube hot water boiler, with the characteristics of fast temperature rise, sufficient output and high thermal efficiency (97%). The flue gas channel structure of boiler water wall and convection tube bundle is membrane wall, which has good sealing performance, effectively reducing the consumption of refractory bricks and maintenance work. The arrangement of the condenser at the end of the boiler can effectively reduce the exhaust gas temperature and improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler. The horizontal gas-fired hot water boiler leaves the factory as a whole, which is convenient for transportation and short for installation.
• Rational design
(1) The boiler adopts double drum “d” type layout, with compact structure, small floor area and good flame fullness.
(2) The boiler adopts the way of lower support, which can expand up freely.
(3) The furnace water wall and convection flue adopt membrane wall structure, which has good sealing performance and effectively reduces the use and maintenance workload of firebrick
(4) The boiler adopts quick installation structure, which can effectively shorten the installation period.
(5) A condenser is arranged at the tail, which can effectively reduce the exhaust gas temperature and improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler.

Fully automatic control, the user only needs to press the start button, the boiler can be started according to the set procedures.Load adjustment and automatic water replenishment are all fully automatic operations to meet user requirements.

• Membrane Wall Structure
The furnace adopts membrane cooling wall, and equipped with inner board with whole sealing welding structure, low heat loss, high thermal efficiency.
