YLW horizontal coal/biomass organic heat carrier furnace is a square tube horizontal grate assembly boiler. The grate is separated from the boiler body. The boiler adopts grate to realize mechanical coal feeding, fan and induced draft fan to realize mechanical ventilation, and slag discharging machine to realize mechanical slag discharging.

When in operation, the fuel burns the furnace of the coal hopper, the high temperature flue gas is reflected to the front of the furnace through the rear arch, into the radiation heating surface of the radiation heat exchange in the furnace, into the convection heating surface of the convection heat exchange, and then lead to the waste heat boiler or into the air preheater, and finally into the dust removal and desulfurization system, and then the flue gas is pumped by the induced draft fan and discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney.
